Associated Sixth Form student Josh Taylor has been declared the winner of Wetherby Town Council’s Annual Jubilee Award which recognises the achievements of outstanding young people. On Friday 18th December, a number of small Christingle services took place for our Year 7 students. This annual event is normally enjoyed as a full year group with parents and carers invited too. As we are not able to do that this year, we hope these photos will help bring it to life.
The 2020 Christmas card competition has been really warmly received by all year 8 students. It’s fantastic to see many of our students getting online interview practice and guidance from our careers department. We have also been holding mock medical interviews in conjunction with Harrogate District Hospital and helping students with virtual work experiences!
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them.
