Employment and Apprenticeships

Employment opportunities and apprenticeships are available to students across a wide range of industries such as Business, Finance, Law, Retail, Construction, Engineering, Health Care, Hospitality, to name a few.

Apprenticeships are an option for many students who want to start their career directly after GCSEs or A Levels. Students will spend the majority of their time with an employer, whilst also continuing to study for further training and qualifications.

Planning a Gap Year

A Gap Year is typically the year between the end of your Sixth Form studies and the start of a Higher Education course or employment/apprenticeship. Students can use the year as an opportunity to experience life outside of education and gain skills and experiences whilst taking the time to reflect on their next steps.
