Yesterday was the Sixth Form Forum for all our Year 11 students. We had talks about our Sixth Form opportunities, alongside visitors from Harrogate College, York College and Askham Bryan.
Well done to the Under 14 and Under 16 Netball teams yesterday in their matches at Ryedale School. They both won the competition!
This morning, Year 11 students ran a cake sale to raise money for the charity WECare, a Sri Lankan Charity working with vulnerable animals. This was organised in memory of Annabel Wright.

Following in the tradition of full-scale musicals that has seen us staging Evita, West Side Story, School of Rock and Sister Act (to name but a few), rehearsals are now well underway for this year’s show.

Year 11 students enjoyed a field trip to Leeds as part of their work for GCSE Geography.
Year 11 student, George Horbury, was selected to play at The English Schools’ Cricket Association Bunbury Cricket Day – at the prestigious Lord’s Cricket Ground.
Once again the students at St Aidan’s have produced a set of outstanding results in their GCSE examinations.
