Ex-St Aidan’s student and Leeds Utd U21’s Goal Keeper Harry Christy stepped up to play for the U23s team on Monday 15th November in a match against Mansfield Town.

The European Athletics Under 20 Championships took place in Tallinn, Estonia this month.
Once again, another year of Interform competitions have come to an end and once again the students have been brilliant in their engagement and efforts towards the various sporting events.
The European Athletics Under 20 Championships will be taking place in Tallinn, Estonia between the 15th -18th July.
Over the last few weeks we have been able to have all year groups, both girls and boys head over to St John Fisher School to play football fixtures.

On Monday 4th June, 24 Year 8 students went to St John Fisher to play their first school Football match since last March.
The Year 9 cricket team played their first fixture in 2 years against Prince Henry’s Grammar School yesterday at Harrogate Cricket Club.
In their first school competitive cricket fixture the Year 7 team put in a great performance against a very strong Ilkey Grammar side.

It was so wonderful to see the Extra Curricular Summer Sports taking place after school yesterday. Athletics, Rounders, Cricket and Tennis were all back for Year 7 to enjoy last night in the afternoon sunshine. Glorious!
