GCSE Results

St. Aidan’s students receiving their GCSE results have emerged from a uniquely challenging year with impressive outcomes across all subjects. We are pleased to be welcoming many students back into the Sixth Form and wish all students well as they move on to the next stage of their education.

Results were issued electronically for the first time this year to avoid concerns regarding COVID-19 and our expert Careers and pastoral staff have been supporting students wishing to discuss their results and destinations.

We have shared many delightful conversations with students and their parents and would like to pass on our thanks and appreciation for the ways in which everyone has responded in these challenging times. The hard work and commitment of our students is clear and to be celebrated, as well as the dedication and expertise of their teachers and support staff.

We are truly proud of the students’ achievements, realised against a backdrop of the most extraordinary circumstances, and we are confident that they will move forward successfully with their plans, no doubt with resilience gained from this most difficult year which will serve them well in all they do.
