Year 11 and 13 Prom

The Year 11 and Year 13 Leavers’ Balls are special and memorable occasions in the school calendar, marking the end of an important chapter in our students' lives.

The Year 11 Leavers’ Ball sees the Constance Green Hall at St. Aidan’s transformed for the occasion, while Year 13 celebrate at the Pavilions in Harrogate, offering a vibrant setting to mark this milestone. On both occasions, students dress for a special evening and come together to reflect on their shared journey, celebrating the friendships formed, the challenges overcome and the achievements that have shaped their school life.

For Year 11 students, the evening marks the completion of their GCSE studies as they prepare to continue into Sixth Form or transition to other post-16 pathways. For Year 13 students, it celebrates the conclusion of their school career as they move on to university, apprenticeships, employment or new opportunities beyond school. In both cases, the Leavers’ Balls offer a joyful and fitting celebration of success and personal growth, creating lasting memories as students take their next steps.
