Arbor and Parent Apps

At St. Aidan’s we are proud to be a centre of excellence where all our students flourish because of the quality care, nurture, and education they are given. We firmly believe that a strong relationship between home and school is essential for this to continue and to support our values of Wisdom, Aspiration, Learning Well Together and Kindness. 

We are delighted to using our Parent Portal and the Parent App in conjunction with our MIS provider Arbor. 

The Parent Portal and Parent App will enable you to see and update information relating to many aspects of your child’s education and the information we hold for them at St. Aidan’s. 

These include:

  • Attendance 
  • Timetable 
  • Behaviour information 
  • Personal information 
  • Medical information 
  • Consents 
  • Assessment information

How to Access the Parent Portal and Parent App 

There are parents/carers within our school community who will be new to using Arbor. There will also be parents/carers who currently use it or who have previously used it.  

All users, new and existing, will need to finish setting up the St Aidan’s account within the Portal to be able to access the system for this school. 

Logging in for the first time 

You will receive an email from St Aidan’s when you join us, sent from arbor.noreply@staidans.co.uk with instructions on how use the app and log in when you first join us.

We appreciate you may have a variety of questions and about the Parent Portal and Parent App.

For enquires relating to information we hold that may need updating please email us at – arbor@staidans.co.uk and we will aim to respond within 48 hours. 

For enquires relating to information displayed for attendance, behaviour and timetable please contact the relevant year teams as you normally would using the contact details on our website – admin@staidans.co.uk or by calling us on 01423 885814 and selecting the relevant options. We will aim to respond within the usual timescales for these enquires. 

Arbor Pay 

The online payment system for St Aidan’s is Arbor Pay and is accessible via your parent/carer Arbor Portal. 

The online payment system is for parents to pay for school meals, all trips and visits, prom tickets, show tickets, revision guides and anything else relating to payments to school. 

The online payment system is a much safer and quicker way for parents to pay for the above items. You can also track what food items your son/daughter is purchasing at breaktimes to see what they are eating and that they are making sensible choices. 

The payment section within Arbor is user friendly however, please click on the links below to access a guide to assist you.

If you are experiencing any difficulty logging in or accessing Arbor, please email -  arbor@staidans.co.uk where a member of staff will be able to assist you further.
