A Message from Ms Reynard (Head of Year 7)
To our new Year 7,
We are so excited that you will soon be joining us in Year 7! Starting a new school is a big adventure, and we want you to know that you’re coming to a place where you will be supported, encouraged, and cared for every single day.
At our school, we learn and grow together, following our Church foundation and the example of St Aidan. This means we aim to be the very best we can be. We are kind, curious, hardworking, and always ready to help one another. We want every student to flourish, and we will do everything we can to make sure you feel safe, happy, and ready to shine.
As you settle in, you’ll have so many chances to discover new subjects, make new friends, and try new things. You’ll learn how to be confident and courageous, someone who can look at a difficult moment and see an opportunity. You’ll also learn how the choices you make can spread kindness, respect, and positivity throughout our school.
Our Christian vision guides us as we walk together, making sure everyone can experience life in all its fullness. You are an important part of our school family and we can’t wait to see all the wonderful things you will bring to our community.
We are really looking forward to meeting you. Get ready for new adventures, new learning, and lots of fun.
Welcome to Year 7 at St Aidan’s, I can’t wait to meet you.
Ms Reynard
Head of Year 7
