Annual European Music Tour

In recent years, our school’s ensembles and choirs have undertaken a series of exceptional international Music tours, giving students the chance to perform in some of the world’s most inspiring musical settings.

Highlights include appearances in Italy, with performances in iconic venues such as St Mark’s Basilica in Venice, as well as tours across Belgium and the Netherlands where our musicians took part in significant cultural ceremonies and received glowing praise for their work. Our students have also experienced the excitement of performing further afield, including concerts in China, where they played at the prestigious Forbidden City Concert Hall in Beijing, and appearances at major European music festivals such as the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland and the Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival.

Usually open to students in Year 9 - 13, these opportunities allow our young musicians not only to showcase their talent on internationally recognised stages but also to gain unforgettable cultural and personal experiences that enrich their musical journey.
