Reverse Advent Appeal

This December, we’re inviting students in Year 7 -10 to take part in a Reverse Advent Calendar Appeal.

A Reverse Advent Calendar flips the usual idea of Advent on its head. Instead of opening a door each day to receive something, you try to give something away. It’s about shifting the focus from what we’re getting for Christmas to thinking of others and sharing what we have.

Below is a list of 24 items requested by the Foodbank. Forms are invited, between them, to collect as many of these items as possible -  there is no pressure for individuals to sign up or to bring everything. We simply ask bring what you can, when you can, and tick off the item you’ve contributed so everyone knows what’s still needed.

Harrogate Food Bank will come and collect all the donations on Friday 19th December.

As always, donations to our Harrogate Food Bank Collection point in Student Reception are welcome from anyone who wishes to donate at any point.
