On Monday 25 April, the cast, crew and orchestra of Showstarters were delighted to finally (after some initial Covid-related delays) perform a spectacular selection of songs from West End and Broadway musical theatre. The atmosphere was joyous and the talent immense as the audience clapped along to songs from School of Rock, The Greatest Showman, Les Miserable, Mamma Mia, Waitress, Dear Evan Hansen and many more. To see the students performing live on stage and at Harrogate Theatre was all the more special after the two years of restrictions caused by the pandemic. Congratulations to Mr MacCallum, his wonderful team of staff and to all the students involved in Showstarters – we are so proud of you all!
