Dr Bryant – Health and Social Care Leader at GCSE
In Year 10 and 11 we offer Health and Social Care Level 1/2 Cambridge National Award. This is a highly engaging GCSE equivalent qualification option with a strong vocational focus throughout. We study issues relating to health care professions and the health of individuals; so it is ideal for students who have an interest in Health and in People. The course helps to develop skills and learn the theory that can prepare them for further study and employment within this sector.

Our Health and Social Care A Level course is split into six units across Year 12 and Year 13. As at Key stage 4, the course has a very strong vocational bias, with students able to go into detail as they study health care and health needs.
