Well done to the Year 9 boys cricket team who made it through to the second round of the Yorkshire Cup and beat King James School.  King James batted first, scoring 75 runs with some great bowling from Thomas Taylor, Sam Grass, Otis Baker, Ollie Holdsworth, Tom Hartley and Callum Wood. With impressive batting from Lucas Harrison, Henry Collings, Ollie Holdsworth and Sam Grass, the team won in 11 overs.  We look forward to the challenges of round 3.

Meanwhile the  Year 7 Pairs team beat Thirsk in an impressive performance with bat and ball! Congratulations to all involved!
