This year many plants have been grown and tomatoes and lettuce are also well under way.

Data Logging
One of the aims of Science College is to develop the use of data logging throughout the Science Department. All staff have been trained in the use of data loggers and their use is now embedded into schemes of work. Experiments using data loggers include time and motion studies with light gates, using temperature sensors, light levels and heart rate.
Science Related A Levels
As a result of Science College status two new AS levels were introduced. These were Geology and Human Biology. Both courses have proved to be very successful with very positive feedback from students.
