Feb 23 Intermediate Maths Challenge
We had an enormous turn out this year with 135 students taking part in the Intermediate Maths Challenge – a part of the UK’s biggest national maths competition run by the UK Mathematics Trust.
The AMP Business/Enterprise team are group of Year 11 students who are responsible for running the school ‘Battle of the Bands’ music concert.
3 girls basketball teams have reached the final 16 teams in the National School Competition; U13s, U14s and U15s. However, the U17s have gone one further and have successfully reached the final 8!
Congratulations to the Year 7 boys’ football team who have made it through to the national finals in Derby. They will represent the North East after winning the regional round.
