It is well known that looking after your body also helps your brain. At St. Aidan's we have revolutionised school food with amazing success and we strongly promote physical exercise.

However, we believe that health goes further than this. A healthy person knows how to deal with stress, is self aware about personal safety and has a responsible attitude to drugs, sexual health and emotional well-being.

Guide4Life Guide 4 Life is for young people aged 13 - 16 years in and around Harrogate. It aims to point you to contacts that can provide advice, help and support on a range of issues.
There4Me If you've got worries or need some advice, this site can help. The site is for all 12 - 16 year olds.
Talk4Teens This site is aimed at 11 - 19 year olds, it offers advice about keeping healthy, relationships, sexual health and drugs. There is also a confidential question and answer forum offering advice.

Produced by the DfES Need2Know is the new portal for 13 - 19 year olds. It provides a 'first-stop-shop' for everything in life, covering areas such as health, relationships, learning, law, money, leisure and travel.

Lifebytes LifeBytes is a website which gives young people aged 11-14 facts about health in a fun and interesting way. LifeBytes will not tell you what to do, but will give you the information to help you make your own choices about health. It can also help with your schoolwork and projects.
