Catering

All students are issued with their own catering and library card. It is good practice for children to keep a record of the card number in their planner. Lost or damaged cards will automatically be replaced, at a cost of £2.50.
Students can put credit onto their catering accounts by using the 5 available coin re-valuers. All the re-valuers accept £1, 50p, 20p & 10p and one also accepts £20, £10 and £5 notes. Alternatively parents can send in cheques - payable to St. Aidan’s Catering - which should always be placed in an envelope and marked catering with your child’s name and registration class. The envelope needs to be in the catering box (outside the finance office) by 9:15am.

If you require a print out of your child’s transactions, including food taken, please email finance@staidans.co.uk. If you have any concerns, please contact the school dietitian via dietitian@st-aidans.n-yorks.sch.uk

Trips

All trip letters can be found here. Trips are paid through our school fund account (charity no. 1051653). Cheques – payable to St Aidan’s School Fund - should be placed in an envelope with your child’s name, form and trip clearly marked on the outside. If you do not have a cheque book bank account, please contact the Finance Office for alternative payment methods. Cash payment is discouraged, if you need to pay by cash please contact the Finance Office. Receipts will be issued via the registers, which will show amount paid and any outstanding balance. For any general queries relating to all school trips please contact Mrs Sewell on 01423 818527 or email k.sewell@staidans.co.uk

Gift Aid

The governors are very grateful for the voluntary contributions made by parents. As a Voluntary Aided School, the Governors are responsible for raising 10% towards the cost of all repairs, alterations, extensions and maintenance work. The Governors, in return, enjoy the privilege of being able to maintain openly and clearly the school’s Christian tradition.
