Year 7 Dining Room

Week Commencing 1st December 2008

Throughout the rest of the school year Year 7 have a dining room which is used as a social and dining area. They have a separate "meal deal" package which encourages a balanced diet.

Meal Deal 1 - The Lite Bite - £2.00

A selection of freshly cut sandwiches on white, wholemeal or granary breads
A selection of fresh fruit
A hot pudding or cake
A cup of chilled fruit juice

Tuesday	Macaroni Bolognaise with Parmesan Cheese
Wednesday	Cajun Pork Steak with Egg Fried Rice
Thursday	Beef Burger with Fries & Relish
Friday	Tandoori Chicken Leg with Savoury Rice & Minted Yoghurt

Meal Deal 2 to include a selection of fresh fruit or a piece of cake or a hot pudding and a chilled tropical or blackcurrant fruit juice

Tuesday	Honey Roasted Bacon Loin with Chive Potatoes & Freh Vegetable Panache Chocolate Sponge & Custard
Wednesday	Cottage Pie with Courgettes Provençale & Gravy Jam Sponge & Custard
Thursday	Vegetable Chilli with Soft Egg Noodles Sticky Toffee Pudding & Butterscotch Sauce
Friday	Lincolnshire Fish Cakes with New Potatoes, Mushy Peas & Tartare Sauce Rice Pudding & Raspberry Sauce

Meal Deal 3 dessert can be omitted for a piece of fruit or cake. To include a chilled fruit juice.
