Apr 15 Inter-form Football
It has been a fantastic couple of weeks of Inter-form Sport, with with Years 7-9 students participating in tournaments of Netball, Hockey, Basketball and Football. On Thursday, Year 8 competed in Inter-form Football with Form 8G taking the winning title! Well done to all staff and students who were involved.

Mar 22 Squash Success
Our U16 Boys have won the England Squash National Plate finals in Nottingham. The team beat Bromsgrove School and Tytherington in the first round. Finals Beat – St Aidan’s 127 vs 69 Bradfield School. Semi Final – St Aidan’s 144 vs 115 Exeter School. Final – St Aidan’s 154 vs 80 Sevenoaks School. Congratulations boys!

Stray FM have been working with local business Entech to promote ‘Green month’ throughout the whole of March. Mar 20 Junior Maths Challenge
Four of our Year 8 students competed at the Junior Maths Challenge on Monday 18th March at Bradford Grammar School. Our Junior team came 8th out of 32, performing strongly in four gruelling rounds. Well done to the team on this achievement!
Mar 18 Gymnastics Achievement
Honor Rouse, Year 8, has very successfully competed in the British Gymnastics Championships in Liverpool, as an Elite Junior, which is the best in GBR 14 and 15 year olds. Mar 18 Sporting Success
Year 8 student, Edward Lusted, has won Bronze at the Yorkshire Fencing Championship in U14 Foil this weekend. This result means he has qualified to represent Yorkshire at the British Youth Fencing Championship. On Thursday 4th October we celebrated sport at St Aidan’s. The presentation evening was held for all our lower school students who have given significant contributions to sport and those who have made great improvement over the years. Jul 17 Jess Thompson Throws 42.44m
Jess Thompson (Year 8) threw her personal best (42.44m) to win a silver medal in the javelin at the English Schools’ championships on Saturday. Congratulations Jess!
